Tour master makes one called a Cruiser II Travel Sissybar Bag. It can even be used as carry on luggage for most airlines. It's
22"h x 16"w x 11"d. I use mine a lot. It'll hold enough for me and my wife to be out for two weeks. Has a rain cover. Fits any bike with a luggage rack and sissy bar.

there is only 1 set of luggage that is made in the usa garunteed waterproof without any covers and has a lifetime warrenty. thay are sac bags made in buffalo ny. best bags in the world period

No big issue here. All you need is any gearbag (black if you just HAVE to be color coordinated) and a couple of bungees or a bungee net. It works and it's cheap and can be made waterproof with a plastic garbage bag. They can be had for $5-$50 new or used and most come with an optional shoulder strap. HD used to sell an expandable tourpak bag. It comes with velcro straps for a tourpak rack and will work in either position.
