You can scratch glass just as easy as you can scratch chrome. Use a fresh new flat razor and it works fine. I have done it dozens of times and never scratched a set of pipes.
The weight of the razor alone is almost enough to shave off the heel mark.

Just a quick suggestion...you might want to steer away from the suggestion to use Easy Off oven cleaner...that could create some pain in your shorts!

Ever notice in the Sham Wow commercial where they cut the scene and all of a sudden the puddle beneath the shammy is gone before he even wipes it? Am I the only one that noticed this? I'm shocked that the commercial editors didn't catch it. Maybe they should call it "Scam-Wow"!
