I went with the Harley "Split Vision" mirrors. Like the looks and really like the way they work compared to the OE's.

Had to change out the stock mirrors, as all I could see
in them was either my forearms and shoulders or the
trees on the sides of the road.
Bought a set of black mirrors (#91878-77A) from dealer....not sure who
makes them, but they have longer stems so I can atleast
see whats back there.

**Edit** My mistake....just realized it's a Road Glide thread. Sorry guys! **

On Terrie's Street Glide I got the Fat Baggers painted mirrors (and the painted inner fairing, leg fairings and just got the painted air cleaner cover but it's not on yet).......

The stock mirrors are almost worthless unless you like looking at your own shoulders. I went with the HD "Split Vision" mirrors and they are much better. The main mirror is still pretty much worthless but the smaller convex mirrors give me a view of the entire road with excellent peripheral vision to the sides too. I also tried the 2" extensions but removed them because the mirrors looked hideous with them. I have a set cheap if someone wants them. PM me..

First thing I changed along with the windshield was the stock mirrors. Couldn't see past my shoulders. I went with the Kury's #1412.

I got the flat glass ones and love them.

Just my 2 pennies worth.

I went with the harley mirror extension kit on my roadking. The mirrors move up about 2 ins.and stick out alittle more. Also with them being higher I don't have to lower my eyes as much to check mirrors.Works well.Hope this helps.

]I had to replace mine. The stock one gave me a good view of my arm pits. I went with these.
