Default headset options

just bought an 09 ultra. I like to wear a half helmet anyone know of a good headset alternative to the one that comes with the bike.

j&m good set but pricey got 2 of them and very happy with the sound qaulity.a cheeper option for the half helment is to use a univerale and velcro the speakers to the ear and neck flap that zipps on to the helment.

Helmet Communication Pouch #98252-07V and put some velcro on them and attach them to the triangular section of the strap in your half helmet and you can still use the HD headset on the half helmets. However, J&M is better

IMC makes a setup that fits on your head not in your helment. I use a simular setup with an aftermarket IMC intercom system. Works pretty well but it takes a little getting used to. See the link below

The headset on ebay IMO is really bad. Ordered a set last week to try out, the mic has excessive wind noise. Tried emailing and calling Vinnie to this date has NOT returned my call. Don't waste your money
