They have them for baggers with stock bag rails or no bags rails at all......when you run into trouble is if you have non-stock rails. So basically, unless you have added or upgraded your rails they will fit. Mine are the solid chrome 45898-98. The solid chrome for '09's are 91422-09. Page 410 of the '09 catalog.
