I feel your pain.............. It could be worse though. My uncle is 92 years old. He isn't able to drive a car anymore. His only way of getting out and doing anything is riding his tricycle. He has two, one is pedal powered and one is electric. This long winter is driving him crazier. He loves being outside and is suffering severe cabin fever this winter. He is going to take both of us to the looney bin.
I need warmer weather so the swelling in my kidneys and liver can go down.Budweiser loves the Northern part of the US in the winter months.
There is great truth in dog's words! For years I was a major stock holder in the James B. Beam Distilling Co. while living in Iowa. On days it actually did warm up, I be staring at an ice-jammed lane to my gravel road...
Not to rub it in but wev'e had it pretty good here in the Northern edge of the Southwest. We could use just a wee bit more moisture - had a 50MPH dust strom here last week that could rip the paint off a vehicle - pretty impressive.
Our weather here in Oklahoma is like a roller coaster, snow flurries one day then two days later it is in the 60's. It is currently 19 deg outside now with a forcast in three days going to be in the 70's. Its no wounder everyone is sick around this state. Winter sucks but spring is just around the corner.
Over 2 ft of snow / ice still on the ground here....
with another 10 to 16 inches about to kick us
in the gonads tonight and tomorrow.
Hopefully by Memorial Day we will have clear roads
and mosquitos
