+1 Bought a set of used ones here for $125, 2" baffles. Very happy with them. Wouldn't bother me if they were a little louder

old96, I have a set of the exact mufflers you are asking about. I am very happy with them, both performance and sound. I also called the ebay seller (tkemple) direct, and he discounted the price by what he would have had to pay in ebay fees. They arrived in three days, were as described (in my case, new slash cut take offs), and many riders following me tell me they sound great. At a steady cruise they are not much louder than stock, allowing us to enjoy the radio, but give a little throttle and they rumble nice.

What he does is cut out the center baffle platles, and from the inlet end, removes various amounts of baffling, resulting in his stage 1,2, 3, etc

At idle, they are a little "tinny", as the baffles are metal, which disappears as soon as you apply throttle. I use them with a Harley SE aircleaner and Stage One download.

One of the nice "legal" things about them, is that they carry the EPA stamp and look stock.

Some of the other ebay sellers mentioned above recore the mufflers with fiberglass, which eliminates the tinny idle sound, and their "sound stages" are determined by the diameter of the core. They also have a different appearance at the outlet, which an astute cop may detect as being modified.
