I would take it back to the dealer and get it fixed. Sounds like something didn't get set up right.

Get the biked looked at QUICKLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fallaway for the touring bikes are VERY specific.... If your bike is beginning to wobble at about 70 MPH, it could be that your steering stem bearings are a bit loose...

More than likely, the PDI tech failed to lube them adequately....

You also want to have your motor mount inspected as well! A friend of mine has an '06 ultra classic, and just had the motor mount replaced! Your vibration at 70mph was the same exact symtom my friend experienced.

All comments correct- you do not need a damper on your touring bike.
You need to check all as suggested plus wheel balance, truing, and tire pressure. You need to do this before you ride again.
This is a vary unsafe condition and not normal.

As far as the tire trueing, if you've hit any large potholes recently, or other objects, that can easily happen. I hit a pothole hard with my sportster before I traded it in, and ever since that i had a wobble when driving. But I traded it in 2 weeks later, and the dealer didn't notice It was going to acution anyway
