Hey M1GarandFan, are those lowers HD or aftermarket? They look great. And I'm looking for a set reasonably priced. BTW, if I'd have seen that Woody's fairing before I bought my DeadCenter last year, I probably would have bought it. Although I do like the lock on mine, it's certainly not worth the difference in the price I paid... Thanks.

M1garandfan, thanks for the pictures. The fairing looks great! I have been looking at Woody's farings since he opened his website. Can you explain how the fairing mounts to the bike. Do those bolts attach to the windshield mounts? dirty1east, there are also Dragonfly and Kenny Day fairings to consider also. Thanks again for the pictures.

I don't think it looks any cheaper than any other aftermarket add-on fairing. The pictures he posted were without the other 1/2 of the fairing. oh well, everyone is entitled to their opinion

I got the lowers from Hogg Chopps

They work pretty good though I'm gonna work on the mounting system, I can't get them tight enough to keep them from moving out of position.

Also if you go with either Hogg Chopps or a Woody's Fairing you will have to move your spot lights to the forward hole. This will require a slotted 9/16” deep socket.

"The 4 OEM rubber windshield mounts that your current windshield snaps onto are replaced with 2-pc. stainless steel ones. You do need to move the spots forward to the front holes on the road Kings, that may cost a six-pack to your favorite mechanic to borrow his slotted 9/16” deep socket, but there’s no wiring involved." (from the website) The beauty is that you give the acorn nut a 1/4 to 1/2 turn and pop off the fairing, then just pop on the OEM windscreen tighten the acorn nuts and away you go. Even if you just run the OEM windscreen this conversion would be a good idea.

The picture below shows the bracket for the fairing in position. You can see the two half's of the stainless steel replacements on either side of the bracket.

That's a pretty good price for American made. But I had to buy a Tsukayu at Christmas time when they where on sale, I couldn't pass it up and it's a good piece also.

I got a WOODY and like it.It's currently in the paint shop getting the front painted, it fits real nice, the hardware is nice and you can switch to the windshield in about two minutes.
