If all you're doing is pipes and A/C, then you could even get good results with just the FuelPak. But the PC III from FuelMoto would be your best bet. If you change anything else in the future, they'll give you a new map to match. Or get the PC V with AT and forget about it. Ten people, ten opinions. Just stay away from the SERT unless you have someone that's good at tuning it. And then you'll be tied to them for any future upgrades. At least with the PC, you can change it yourself.
Since I can't afford to brake the bank I am thinking I might just do the air cleaner first get her re-maped then buy a power commander or SERT of which ever I decide on.
That is what I did and is not something I would recommend. I would recommend waiting until you can get the PCV for $299 from Fuel Moto. You will pay 150 for the ECM download.
The power commander is great that I have really peped the bike up i have vance hines slip ons and a bike sucker kit on mine only negitive was hurt gas milage other than that these are great upgrades..

By "remap" I assume you mean the HD Stage 1 download. You can do that but it will cost you about $150, which will serve no purpose once you buy a real EFI controller and that money essentially wasted. It will get you into a safe area with AFR's but will still maintain the same level of leanness as stock. The performance gain you'll get from the pipes and AC will be minimal.
SEST ("SE Super Tuner" as it's now called) will cost you more than a PCV and will require a dyno tune. A PCV from Fuel Moto will have a correct map for your bike already installed, so the cost will be <$300. SEST will likely cost over double that amount once the bike is dyno tuned. You can buy the Fuel Moto Power Package (PCV, AC, and Jackpot Dyno-Tuned mufflers) for $669.
ALL very good info. I think I will save my pennies and get the D&D Fatcat 2-1 with the PC-V and last but certainly not least I think I will go some bad *** loking AC. Thanks again for all the info.
I have a power commander and now wish I had purchased the SERT at the time. I would vote for the SEST (Screaming Eagle Super Tuner) now. Sooner or later, you'll want to change something else and the more I learn, the better the SEST is.
