Putting extended bags on with my psuedo backyard painter, who is actually good but is unsure or what epoxy to use to go from the ABS bags to the fiberglass extensions. Any brands , 3M numbers???
Oh and trying to figure out what to do with the rear filler panels, any extensions out there for that? I want to keep the stock street glide fender and just make the filler panels come down a little to fill the gap, so with the extended bags it flows better any ideas?
3m has quite extensive selection to use from. Question is how much do you want to spend? I can find ya panel bonding adesive, but it is not a cheap date. Your best choice. Part numbers are at work, if you are intrested either PM me to remind me, or I will check the post if I have opportunity from work tommorrow.
If you want to extend the filler section just buy two of them and spice them together, but a extended fender would be alot easier, and if you are painting the bags anyway not much more work.
