Slick,
Could you post some pics with you sitting on the bike with both hands on the handlebars? Also how tall are you? These are the exact bars i'm looking for when I get my RKC. I'm 5'11". I'm told that the Carlini apes aren't exact in measurement. i.e. the 16" apes are more like 18". Is this true? how is the handling? slow driving? highway? etc. I appreciate your help. And BTW.. SAWEET looking Bike!!
stricky heres a picture. ive only rode it once with the new bars. ive pulled them back a couple inches since then and they feel alot more comfortable now. im around 6 foot and ive heard the bars are really like 17 inch bars.
Slick..
Awesome! Thanks so much for the pic. This really helps. They look like they would be very comfortable. Yeah I heard they are a bit taller the classified height. Please keep us in the loop (or me) on handling etc. I think you've just sealed the deal for me on these bars. Did you look at the flying apes? what were your thoughts on those?
Those bars are definately hot......I just got done installing 18" Gangsters on my bike.....haven't posted pics yet cuz the ole computer crashed.....I'll try to get some up in the next few days, but they are great looking bars for sure.
My wife is looking to put gangster apes on her rocker c, could you let us know how tall the girl in the photo is so we can judge what size she should get, Thanks! And by the way, beautiful Road King!
