What modifications, if any, have been made to your motor?
It is running way too hot. Some do that, but it isn't right.
If you just bought it, and it isn't if it isn't stock, there is a chance that a low restriction air filter and pipes were added, but no fuel management to richen the air/fuel mixture to get to the right air/fuel ratio to get the bike to run right.
What year and what model? you never answered...
Did you see the glowing red pipe, behind the heat shield? the front pipe might be running to lean also, but harder to see behind the shield
