That looks kinda familiar! (just like my SG with the fixed mount trunk)
Looks sharp.
Id replace the black "dot" on the fender with a RK or RG fender emblem though. (9-30$)
What is the purpose of that dot? I felt on the inside and there appears to be a nut/bolt. I bought an emblem to stick over it but due to the plate on my SG being right there it wouldnt work.

The black dot is litterally there just to cover the bolt underneath. On Pre-09 Road Glides its covered by an emblem, on Pre-09 EG Standards, Classics, and Ultras, and Pre-09 Road Kings, the rear fender tip light extends over it and covers it. Pre-09 SGs had the license plate down on the fender, and had the dot. One other bike (cant remember which but I think RK Custom) had a different emblem (HD with a "V") to cover the bolt.
Since they moved the license plate bracket down onto the fender for most 09 models, some of them have the dot, partially covered by the license plate, some of them, the fender tip light covers it.
This is the pre 08 Road Glide fender emblem I used to replace the dot on my 07 SG when I mounted the plate up under the truck (doing the same on the 09):
