could someone tell me if there is a difference between the front and rear wheels that came on the 06 Streetglide? are the bolts holes for the rotors on the front and the holes for the rear pulley and caliper the same or not?

not being a smart azz but wondering if you've tried taking a direct look at the rotors/pulleys of your bike?

 

no,theyre not.the pulley bolts are larger on the rear wheel

 

3/8 on the rear both sides and 5/16 on the front.
