I got more than $1800 off MSRP from my dealer. There are plenty of deals out there. You just need to shop around. And if you can wait 4-5 more months the deals should be even better.
I'd be REALLY curious to know where you got more then $1,800 off MSRP on a 2009. Unless you post the name of the dealer, I don't believe it.
Of course, I'm talking $1,800 off an 09, not on a leftover 08, and I don't wanna hear it's before freight, prep, documents and other rip-off fees which is gravy for the dealer. I'm talking out of my pocket $$$.
I'm gonna help you with the math on an Ultra. $20,999 + ABS + Security - $1800 and I'll pay sales tax on the total, that's all.

.
The dealer is Mike's Famous in Smyrna DE. And what need to I have to lie about it??? What am I gaining by that. Don't frankly give a flying *** if you believe me or not. In fact this is the third bike I have bought from them for $2k or more under MSRP. Wanna see buyers orders?? Will that make a believer out of you???
Unless you can find out before returning that someone will do a better deal then grab the deal thru New Car Sales.
+100. Your local dealers should know about the price breaks we get from Overseas Military Car Sales Program so make a few phone calls and see who is able to "meet or beat" the program's price.

Sorry, dude, I must apologize to you. After reading all the posts in this thread, I realized you guys were talking about bikes for military personnel. I was talking about regular bikes for civilians. You know, lots of guys here claim they got a heck of a deal but when you dig a little deeper, you find out that they bought a leftover or stuff like that.
Sorry again for the confusion. Shoulda read all the posts before replying to yours.
