PC III received and installed
Ordered my PCIII on Wed. 3-18 and it arrived Sat. 3-21 very quick shipping time. Installed it Sun. afternoon , rode about 50 miles earlier in the day to reset ECM after taking off XiED's....Definitely could feel the difference in the way the motorcycle performed without XiED's....For all you doubters ...XiED's did work for me while I was saving up for the PC. Only was able to ride about 30 miles after install of PC......AND I could really feel difference in the way motorcycle performed with the PCIII. I will keep a check on gas mileage and see what I am getting. For now I am happy and ready to go......And Install was fairly simple only thing is , my laptop hard drive crapped out right before I needed it, thank goodness for my daughters laptop (she was home from college on spring break).
Set throttle position and was ready to go!
Also... I have a set of XiED's for sale with original instruction sheet for $50.00.
Give it a few tanks before you worry about the mileage too much. The urge to twist the wick a bit more takes a little while to wear off. Ask me how i know

Yea.....I seem to be wanting to test the water..... just to see how deep.......But rode another 60+ miles today.......running strong and sounding good though!!! Maybe I should give it a couple of weeks and then see what actual mileage is......
you certainly can fiddle with the maps to lean it out if you need to in order to improve your mileage, there are more than a few threads on here about doing just that.
Good product. Mine has served me well. I agree you should wait 3 or 4 tanks before checking mileage as your right hand lightens up on the throttle. If the map is good you shoukd be around 40 mpg or so.

sorry to butt in but do you have any links to the threads?
I'm anxiously awaiting my PC to arrive from fuel motto right now. Should be here on thursday.
Looks like an extremely easy install compared to a few I installed to other bikes.
