I am looking for a company located in Florida that swaps out the old tin for newly painted tin 3 day turn around looking to paint my 1999 FLHT Electra Glide Standard. I don't know the name or phone number or website either. If someone couild help me please I would appreciate it.
www.customflamepainting.com Attitude Custom Painting is the name of the company, they've done two jobs for me... Outstanding, Scott & Jody are their names...
ElectraGlideRider, geez, take a little initiative. You've got their web site, get on the net and ask THEM if they swap, or replace your old painted tins.... Do a "google" search for custom motorcycle paint, Florida. I'll bet you get a hundred hits at least... Once you find some one you're really serious about, come back and ask if anyone has used them, and what the results were. Why Florida? Why restrict your options? There's great painters all across the country, and if you're going to ship it anyway from GA, what difference does it make how far you ship it. Try airea5150.com for exchange paintwork, they're supposed to be one of the best. I think you're problem is going to be finding anyone that has tins and sheet metal custom painted with the years you need. Especially 1999 vintage. I mean think about it for a minute, it's 10 years old. And to expect a 3 day turn around is absurd. I've dealt with a lot of painters, and to expect anything in 3 days is a virtual dream. Not knocking the painters out there, but they truly march to a different calendar than the rest of us. I've come to believe that's the artist in them.......But good luck....
Didn't mean to ruffle your feathers, No, not like I have been searching the web all over like you said.... was told about a company in Florida that does this and has the tin to match year modles too. I was just hoping someone would know of them... hmmmmm
