I prefer Novus. It's a 3 step system which is better in my opinion.
You only use #2 or #3 then #2 to remove scratches. Plexus fills the scratches to some extent.
Both are good. Plexus is great to repair cd's or DVD's
I tried novus as the wind screen would fog at times. It eliminated the fogging.
I polish behind the novus when i can and that helps to remove the bugs and are they out right now.
Each to their own.

Plexus for cleaning. Novus for removing scratches.
I was at J.C. Whitney last weekend and found a can of Plexus for $3, in the clearance bin because the cap was cracked. They also have the Novus products.
When I was on a cross country flight in my cessna a few years ago, one of the FBO's I landed at was a helicopter specialist and they said all the copter guys loved Plexus on the bubble windscreens. I bought a can and it really did a job on my AC windshield. Used it ever since, little airplanes have the same issues with plexi that bikes do.
