Fairplay, I did not lower and wish I had done it with the chrome front end. When i bought this bike I told myself I wasn't getting wheels. Gotta quit lying to myself like that, cost me everytime. I will lower it eventually.

well, just got off the phone with arlen ness, they do not have a lowering kit for the 2009. Look for one in july he says. WTF? I plan on changing handlebars, brake lines, chrome lowers and wheels at the same time. I would like to lower it at the same time. guess not.
Hold up man......you can lower the bike....the principles are all the same.....if Ness doesn't make it, then take the '08 kit and MAKE it work.....I know it can be done.....crap, if I can build a bobber from the parts (junk) of 9 sporties, then a little fabbing can be done easily enough.
The bike TRULY looks badass.....I didn't know they were offering a "chopped" tour pack...thanks for the heads up on that one.....never had a bagger personally, but they are starting to grow on me...little by little...hehe.
