It came with a flat stamped 36mm wrench. Nothing to stop the axle from turning while torqing.

I'm talking about a gizmo that after you adjust the proper belt tension you slip on axle bolt head and adjust a set screw that presses on the swingarm preventing the axle from turning while you torqe the axle nut.
