Well after the harley shop got through with my 103 build, I wasn't very happy at all. 103 plus heads. 10:5.1 forged pistons, S&S 585 gear cams reinhart true duels, 101 tq 98 hp .
I was thinking on getting red of the 103 plus heads the pistons and cam and going with reworked stock heads, flat top pistons ,255 cams and D&D fat cat 2 into 1 . Was told i could get 112 tq with a good tune. 99% of my riding is between 2300 and 3500 rpm. The only problem is, I really would love to have gear driven 255 cams rather than chain. Is that possible ?
post this over in the motorhead section, include more details--you will get more information than you bargained for.
I have learned the hardway (expensive) to always get parts that compliment each other--I am a fan of HQs -- get stock heads reworked is a step in the right direction, you cannot go wrong with the D&D, the cams are good also.
Be specific on what you want out of your motor build.
Have to be honest dude, i would be FREAKING PISSED with those numbers comming from a 103" motor. Some thing not right there!
Pissed is not the word for it. I was furious. They tuned it twice and that was all they could get out of it. Also the static pressure was 190 . That's not even 10:5.1 compression. **** poor build if you ask me.

just an fyi, you can have 190lbs. and still have 10.5:1 comp. Its in the cam timing.
