The dealer isn't going to help you so here's what you do....buy another set, wait 10 days then take back the peeling tips with the receipt for the new tips you bought. Let them prove you swapped them out. Get your money back or another set for a year down the road when the new ones peel.

Break out the Hi-temp flat black BBQ paint. Give them a light sanding and paint. Did that with the end cap on the V&H ProPipe 2into1 that I had on my RG. Aluminum end piece started peeling from the heat..
