Has anyone seen or used the headset's for sale on Ebay for a 09 Ultra. If so how do the fit in a 3/4 helment.

If you want quality audio (IMO), you should buy either the J&M Elite Series headset or the J&M Performance Series headset. I've got an Elite in my 3/4 and it is far better than the stock H-D.

Without additional info about what it is you are looking at, it's hard to provide an opinion.
