My neighbor bought one just like that for his wife. The difference is that it is custom painted. He also picked it up in Flordia. I wonder if this same guy did it?

It's not a bad concept at all. And we all know more than likely it's the future of touring bikes in one degree or another. I'm glad someone pioneered the look and from here we can only look up to the next revision!
I wonder why they chose a Road Glide fairing and not a Batwing? Maybe the forks couldn't handle the weight well and so they chose a frame mounted design.
v-rod with a shark nose freind of mine built one then hit a deer with it totalled the fairng but frame mount keat the bike up no damage to him or bike just fairng,guess theres one good thing u can say about that ugly nose.
The factory should do this right and offer the V-Rod drivetrain in the current FL models. Can't stand that floppy front end feeling in the V-Rod but, that engine in my Street Glide--yeah baby!
Probably one of the experts on here could comment--would the frame changes in the '09 touring bikes facilitate a power train change?
Saw one at the Drag Specialties tent this weekend. Cool bike, but not my cup of tea. My bro-in-law really likes Vrods. I could see him with one some day.
