Default Extended saddle bags
Has anyone put extended saddlebags on an Ultra? Seriously considering doing this to my 03, want to know if anyone has any pro's or con's about it.

I ain't done it, but I love the look.

The reason I shy away from it is I like to drag my floorboards when cornering and don't want to grind away the lower edges of those bags.

Plenty have done it. The SE RG has extended bags this year and they look nice with the longer rear fender.

I like the look, just want to see if anyone has done it and what kind of issues they had with them, if any before I spend a grand doing it.

BadX has extended full functional bags on his SG. He rides a lot, so send him a PM if he does not see the post.
