It's not a complete HD paint set seeing as how it's a police bike. It may be an HD painted tank with the rest of the paint done to match it.
Sharp looking bike. Personally, I preferred my police saddlebags with chrome flush mount latches to the civilian bags.

I appreciate the responses from everyone. I have found a painter who is confident to match the paint. He wants $300.00. I think I am going to have hime do it. I got a great deal on the bags from my local dealer so I might have hime do it very soon.
I love the paint on my bike and I have never seen another one like it. The reason I thought it was a Harley paint scheme is becauseI saw the flame style in a picture in a Harley catalog...exact same paint style on the saddlebag.

Did you think about just replacing the original hinges with these:

I think it would give it a pretty nice look and still be unique!
As far as function - the police bags open easier then the non-police bags.
