he is a reputable shop i halfway trust. he didnt say they absolutely would, but thought they "might". I was just not wanting to go to all that work to have detonation isues. sounds like i am good to go though.

Well I put some miles on it today and so far I am really impressed. My over all evaluation is, this is the cam the bike should have had from the factory. It pulls very smooth and is crisp. Using 6th gear at 60mph is also greatly improved and you can roll form 60 to 70mph in 6th at a blink of an eye. My biggest suprise so far is the heat reduction. The radiant heat from the motor is no where like it used to be. It is even cooler than my old 03 RKC. The stock cams have -8 degrees overlap thus making the motor a catalatic converter. The Andrews 26's have 20 degrees of over lap that aiding in the motor being able to breath, thus cooling is a result. Plus no more glowing pipes at night. My suggest is, if you have an 07 or newer HD, and you want a good runnig bike with reduced heat, get and AC, pipes, some sort of a tuner and cams. You will have a bike that will be how it should have been.
