Hi there friends...
What is your favorite rain gear and why?
I'm kind of a skinny guy so my problem is that every thing I buy is insanely huge even if I buy my size.
I don't mind spending a little cash on this since I learned the importance of great rain gear on our Alaska ride last year.
Thanks in advance...
one thing i do use harley for is rain gear.its well designed doesnt melt on pipes doesnt shred in wind and even there lower cost stuff has held up good for me. u do wanna get it big enough to fit over the leatherbut not so big as to blow up like a tent.
I'm a pretty lean guy myself and have come to appreciate the HD line-up of suits. They fit well and are up to what ever foul weather task comes your way.
I have the HD, but it is too bulky to put over my Leathers. I found this product which I will probably get for my next trip. I have seen Sport Bike Racers wearing this. Fox racing product. Motorcycle Superstore has it on their site.
I have the H-D High Vis gear. It is by far the best rain gear I've ever owned. I know I look like a big ol' pumpkin when I wear it, but I don't care, its comfortable, easy-on easy-off, keeps me dry and it fits well.
