I have them. Never had to use them but i like the automatic $3000 coverage for extras that they offer. They also offer replacement value for the first 2 years.
I also have insurance with these guys, mainly because of the extra coverage without the extra cost, I had an additional $3500 added, I think I am paying around $600.00, the other guys-Progressive & Geico were out of sight for $6500 over book for replacement coverage.
My bike is an 03 Ultra with a lot of stuff added.
I had them for one year The next year I got a cheaper quote from Progressive. But I go thru HD insurance they did better for me than I did for myself and All my bells and whisles are insured if it`s totaled out as long as I have the receipts mine is about $400 Easy to talk to they know bikes afterall and they get quotes from several companies.Had the state farm experience ONE time .....never again
I moved around with insurance always get several quotes before buying for 3 years running progressive was my best quote this year Allstate beat them as an add on with my vehicles.. But will check again next year...

I had Progressive for years and then this year they went up for no good reason so I called HD and they got me some quotes and Foremost was the cheapest, gave better coverage on add ons, added road side assistance for less than Progressive. I haven't had to use any of them (knock on wood).

Peppa,
I had Progressive for years also and they did the same thing to me, to the tune of $280.00. I have Geico now but Foremost quoted me $25.00 cheaper for the same coverage plus $6500.00 of shiny stuff. I think I'm going with them.
