Default Fairing Mirror

Anyone know if there is a way to tighten a stock fairing mirror? My left mirror vibrates way too much. I don't mean tighten the nut from the inside of the fairing but at the socket joint that can be seen from the outside. It moves way too easily with just a slight touch.

reread your post sorry disregard. but the answer I think is no.remove your outer fairing, which is easy and there is 1 nut on the mirror but DO NOT overtighten, there is a low torque #. 3 nuts if it is a early fairing mirror

Yeah, I've tried tightening the nut inside. It brings the whole mirror assembly up tight to the fairing but the socket part is still loose.
