OK, I bought the 21" Tire wrapper front fender, when I mocked it up I noticed that when the tire was spun the rubber nubs from the tire just lightly rub in the area above the fender mounts. My question is: will this problem be worse when tire is on the ground and spinning at 70 mph? I dont want to burn through new paint.
