Hi guys got a sad story(how stupid I am) I bought this tool roll which I think is awesome mounted it on the front fork tubes and turn signal bar it mounted perfect or so I thought. Went on a 200 mile ride yesterday(ride was incredible) got home went out this to clean the bugs off and found this f87549g dent in my front fender I guess I am so stupid that I didn't reliaze how much travel the front does. So I am just saying to ya'll be careful when you put a tool roll or anything on the front. I am pissed but not the end of the world cause I do paint and body work so I'll fix it next weekend Just sucks to overlook things when you get old!!
Dude - that sucks! I'd be sick about it (but I can't do the bodywork myself to repair it). Thanks for the heads up, I won't be mounting anything up there on my bike.
Been there, done that. Luckily mine was only with a ride bell, so the ding was MUCH smaller. Was able to tap it out with a rubber mallet. Don't think you'll get that lucky.
