Can someone post some large pics of the inside, outside, and sides of your stock HD batwing.
I have an aftermarket fairing coming for my RKC and while the outside will be painted a hi-gloss black to match my vivid black RK, I am trying to figure out what the best treatment for the inner may be...flat black, satin black, or go hi-gloss as well? Just concerned if I go hi-gloss on the inner, that reflections may be distracting.
IMO, Black Pearl may also be a great color for your inner if you were not doing gloss black. It would be a great contrast. Flat black would likely seem more like the stock finish, maybe flater and would show were shine where it's frequently touched.
Mine isn't a stock Harley piece,it's an aftermarket fairing like you have ordered, I painted it the same color as the bike and I don't find any distractions from reflections.
