I have checked all fuses, battery connections are good and I have no alarm. Also
checked all the molex connections to make sure I had them in the right slot after replacing
them.

I would think the problem could be in the kill switch. Without that circuit the fuel pump won't run and you did install apes. I'd be checking the wiring for the handle bar wiring.

you may have pinched a wire in right side switch housing during reassembly

Turn signals and all the lights work great no problem.Unhooked the fairing haness to both left and righthand controls, there is no current getting to the base of the bars coming from fuse box except for lights, horn and radio. The start switch or kill switch or cluth lock out switch have no power.
All fuses are good but when you turn key on fuel pump fuse is the only fuse that has no current in or out of it.

Can't help, really; but, the HD Electrical Diagnostic Manual would be the first place I'd look for an answer if I've exhausted my own, limited, diagnostice resources.

Hope you find the fix quickly.
