I had that same problem last year. Bike would go into limp mode and the throttle would have no response. Towed to dealer 3 times. They finally found the problem. It was a broken wire in the induction module wiring loom behind air filter. The tech said I was his second bike with this problem and they beleived the wire was damaged during plant assembly. Have not had a problem since. Tell your tech to closely look at induction module wiring.
I will be riding and all of a sudden just loose my throttle no response
no gas no go also very dangerous.
I really don't want to ride it anymore.
Any Ideas??
I think a HD replacing your bike is out of the question.
Are these problems being fixed at the same dealer? If they are I would try a different dealer.
Have you contacted HD customer service? May or may not help but at least you can let them know how disappointed you are.
I have had my 08 in twice for FBW issues, problems were with less than 10,000 miles on bike.
To make a long story short, this almost ruined a vacation but Knoxville HD pulled through.
If this problem continues I will trade mine in.
