08 UC Lube Time...

08 UC Lube Time...
Ok, it's about that time to change out all the lube and oil. I'm not really interested in brands, more so the weight of oil and gear lube I'll need. I've looked at the owner’s manual and didn't find much other than HD part numbers.
I'm partial to using Amsoil because I can get a price break.
What are the weights I’ll need for all the holes?

This is what I use. This has been asked before, and you are likely to get many many different opinions. Good luck. 
* Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W-50
* Spectro Heavy Duty Platinum 6-speed Transmission Oil 75w140
* Spectro Heavy Duty Primary Chaincase Oil SAE 85w
