I have a 02 electric glide classic had checked gone bad . Question what years will work for this model plug and play want everthing to go in way came out. thanks
For sure 2002-2003 The 2004-2006 will also work it just has a different face on it and I beleive mp3. All the touring bikes mount the same way with the four allens on the side and the plug doesn't look to have changed from 2002 to 2006 I worked on an 06 a few weeks ago and the plug seemed identical. Hand controls shoul work too.

Don't, I repeat Don't waste your time putting in an OEM HK radio ( 06 and newer) Or at least before you do, do yourself a favor and do a forum search to see all of the problems people have had with them. At least then you are informed. You might want to consider an aftermarket stereo with a Biketronics kit. All the handlebar controls will be functional as will Automatic Volume Control. Go to their website as they offer packages with a choice of stereos. Not all will work with the Biketronics kit. Love mine, especially the usb drive (8 gig "micro drive" will store 1000 plus songs!)
