I used the kuzzer cady cup holder then added a extension (very easy to make with common tools) to raise it for my wife. I made it rigid by using a stainless steel bolt, they polish real nice, with a plastic spacer so it would not move during the riding. The new version is easier to do since it uses a bolt instead of a stud. It also has 2 adapters to fit 7/8"/1"/1 1/2 inch bars.
We have been using this for over a year now and it works very well. If you need a better photo just let me know.
I have also made a mounting for the kuzzer cady to clear the fuel cap door on the 09's. Another easy do it yourself project.
My wife had an ingenious idea and took one those soft water bottle holder things that wrap completely around the bottle and then sewed on nylon webbed straps with a plastic buckle. She buckles it around her thigh so that when she sits on the bike the holder sits upright and it is right on her leg. She doesn't have to bend down to get her drink and the rail holder one used to get in my way and the drink would get warm quick. The thing is amazing. I told her to market it.
Lol...two peas in a pod...
Great idea, doesn't sweat and leave a big wet spot on her leg?
the Kury armrests have a built in cup holder also, kind of pricey but Mrs. HB loves the armrests so that was her X-Mas present last year
Someone needs to slap kuryakyn around a little for their web design, they apparently don't allow direct links to their products. Every time someone links to their products, the page reroutes to http://www.kuryakyn.com/index.cfm/go/Home.StoreSelect the main web site. What is wrong w/ them? It's really annoying. I think they use tracking information for individual sessions in their url string, making it impossible for anyone else to view the same page link.

Nope, not at all. I'm gonna have to get some pics of it when it is one her leg and post them up. It is one of those bottle wrap thing-a-mabobs so it wouldn't sweat.
