The real culprit is the corrosive brake dust...........

S100 Total Cycle Restore and Mother's Power Ball. Get the small one.
Pt the polish on with your hand then use the ball.

+1 for ChromeProsPlating. I sent my wheels off to them, and they did a killer job. Three + years, and still no pealing, chipping, or problems. Great job.

Well I tried the S100 polishing soap and it cleaned the rear wheel but did not help the corrosion on the aluminum. Worked great on the chrome but I am still looking for that magic remedy so I don't have to take the wheel off and get done by a pro.

You might try the polish on this site. The sealer will prevent the corrosion too.

I have used master formula, s100 polishing soap, and tons of other products. I give my money to the master formula combo every time. Also get some Lyndall "dustless" brake pads to keep the dust down on the rear wheel. The good thing about the bagger is that you really can't see the rear wheel unless you look for it.

nothing beats regular cleaning and elbow grease + a good cleaner/polisher. any thing will work with enough time and cleaning regularly, a lift makes it much easier.
