I just got my DVD today it was good I think it will help with practice. I'm thinking pull the bags and had to a parking lot, but nothing was said about scratching the pipes ($800) or the front fender is that not a issue ?
GF and I received the videos yesterday. Will be watching them tonight. We also signed up for a RLP session in S Louisiana June 6. I'll report back after we complete the course.
I agree that the vids are great but not alot of help unless you practice the excercises. The course is even better. If you can get one of the locations it's well worth the money. My wife and I took it a couple of weeks ago. Make sure you keep the revs up on the engine and use the friction zone and rear brake to control speed. If you let the revs drop the bike will lay right over. Don't ask me how I know. Motorman says about one out of ten students drop their bike guess who did in our class.

Reason: can't type
The video is the best. Before watching it 3 times and practicing at least 2 hours a week, I was duck walking my bike every time I turned around, or came to a stop. Now, I take off and turn around with my feet on the boards. I also learned how to trust my lean in curves. Before if my floor board scraped I FREAKED out. Now, I know the sound it makes before things get to far. It really teaches you to trust your bike. And every one I ride with trips out when I pull out of a parking spot with my wheel turned hard left or right, and don't have to put my reverse feet in gear. Well worth every penny.
Good luck
ALSO-Since we all don't have cones at our dispense, Tennis ***** cut in half work great for the exercises. If you hit one it just flops around and nothing gets hurt.
Anyone use this I just ordered it today and I'm hoping it will bring back the confidence that I have lost so that I can start to enjoy my bike a little more again.
Dude, that ride like a pro video made a major difference in my confidence of handling my Ultra. The best advice (and there is tons of useful info) was look where you want to go when turning. Makes all the difference.
