I got a #3 in March out the door for $18,600, but no sales tax in Oregon. Bad thing about the color is that everyone want's to talk to you about it. I get a little embarrassed at times. It does stand out. People either like it or hate it. Good luck on the purchase. I really enjoy mine.

Check with Bleu Bayou Harley in Monroe, LA...I just bought my brand new 08 Road Glide there for $16,00 plus tt&l...it's an anniversary model with security system. I was in there the other daya dn they have several touring bikes in stock, I did notice one black Road Glide & they may have more...didn't really pay attention to what was on the floor. Anyhow, they were great to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Whoa---->

I am in the same boat, ready to buy an 09 Road Glide, and the cheapest deal I can get is $21,900 OTD. I am in Southern Calif. Maybe we just get screwed out here? I cant even buy an out of state new bike... DMV law wont let me. Damn, that sucks. you are lucky.

If you HAVE to have a Road Glide, I'd sure go for deal number 3. Beside the obvious benefit of having ABS, I think the orange is the best looking RG.

If the rumor is true, there might not be a 2010 available. maybe you can get the dealer to agree to take it back if 2010 brings another RG (yeah, sure they will).

Go with option #3. You obviously like orange, the new frame and wider tire are worth it and the ABS may actually save your A$$ someday.

Take a Trip down to El Cajon Harley down near San Diego. I got my 09 Black Pearl RG with security (non ABS) for 20K OTD.
