09 sg rear fender problem???

Default 09 sg rear fender problem???
Came back from a three hundred mile ride late today and noticed the lighted skirt on the rear fender hanging loose about 1/8th inch. I could not feel any screws under the fender and didn't have time to go to the dealer. Anyone else have this event??? Not looking forward to dis-assembling the rear end.

Hmmmm,, Looks like I have some taping to do. Superglue. Bazooka bubble gum?????????

At these prices there has to be a better way

Noticed mine is doing the same thing. Black so it is not as noticable. Have to remember to make a stink at the dealership next time I am there with the bike.

I had it happen to mine, took it in to the dealer & had it repaired. Took them approx an hour to tighten back up under warranty. They twisted the mnt braket. Good luck.

Thanks for the input guys. It will be a couple weeks to get to the dealer but I agree it should be a warrenty issue.

I have also read about people having the trip;e light going out rather quickly. If these all shake loose like this I can see why. Maybe I need to send some feedback to the MOTOCO
