Congrats on the new scoot! I agree with the other posters, give the stock seat a chance, at least until first service before ripping it off. I hated mine for the first few miles but now I really like it.
I assume this will be a work in progress, lets see some pics as the parts and paint go on.

Well, what do you think so far? I just rode mine from the TX Panhandle to N. Iowa, 825 miles - purred like a kitten; never missed a beat, and averaged 45 MPH.

Congrats on the new bike. Keep the other bike. It's nice having the option of riding 2 different ones, one when the wife is along and one for solo trips.
