Paul, congrats on the new ride, looks good. You were inquiring on a fuel management device and based on your comment of going to a Stage 1 and that's it, I would like to say that I have the Vance & Hines Fuel Pak on my 08 Ultra with pipes and A/C and love it and it performs great for my application. It's easy to install/program so you can do it yourself and save you some $$$. The same goes for the pipes & A/C.
Nice looking bike, I recently installed the same windshield on my bike, huge difference over the stock windshield, I wish they made an 8 inch and it would be perfect for me.
I am using the PC V on my bike. only put about 500 miles since having it installed but I do not have any heat issues from the pipe and I am using the D&D Fatcat. Rode it a couple hundred miles when it was 100 degrees out last weekend and no problems with heat.
