Question Bug removal

Hi there,
Short of doing a complete wash and detail on the bike, is there a quick and easy way/product to get the bug and bug guts off my batwings and forks? I know I'm looking for the easy way out, its just that I'd rather be riding it than cleaning it.

Thanks

Default Spray cleaner

I use this spray cleaner before and after every ride.
If you use it before, the bugs don't stick as much, and after to get them off before they cake on.

I get it at the local Honda Shop ( only because it's closer to the house ), they put it on sale and I stock up.
They have a small can that I carry all the time in the bags. Also works on windshield as well.

You'll find other threads on this if you search, but I use Hydrogen Peroxide, melts the bugs right off, they bubble up and foam. (Most bugs are protein based)

I also coat the windshield with Protect-All, makes the bugs come off easier and the rain slides off ...........some use Pledge.

Keeping the Front covered with a good protector like the others have mentioned, I use Eagle Nano-Wax Spray.

Then after each ride, It just takes a microfiber cloth and water to get the bugs off. If I let them sit, then I just let the cloth with water sit on them for a couple min and they come right off...

Have heard the Hydrogen Peroxide 50/50 with water works great on the stubborn ones. No need for the expensive bug cleaners.

Find it works well on the car also.

An old trick down here in Florida for LoveBugs is a wet dryer sheet. Not sure what is in it that does the trick, but is does work quite well. I always rewax if I use it on any painted surfaces.

I use S100 and a microfiber rag. Bugs come off the windshield and no scratching.

We have love bugs in S. LA and most of the southern U.S., which are attracted to vehicle exhaust and are very tough to remove from parts they collide with. Last year I started using Rejex and it makes bug/grime removal only a matter of gently wiping with a moistened microfiber cloth. Love bugs require a bit more gentle rubbing, but are much easier to remove than before. Rejex applies like wax but requires a more strict application procedure, so read the directions. One applicaton lasts about six months and I found my best deal here.

Rejex was originally designed for the aircraft industry for easier removal of exhaust stains and bugs from aircraft wings and fuselage, and has caught on with car and MC enthusiasts as well. It also produces an excellent shine and can be applied to any non-porous surface (chrome, paint, windshield, etc.) that does not exceed 600°F. I apply it to all chrome, hard-plastic, and painted surfaces of the bike twice per year.

I use the H-D bug remover while the g/f uses K-Cleaner on her ride. Both seem to work just fine so far.

I've been using the same stuff for a few years. I know it as "Honda clean"
The local Harley shop is carrying it now.
I use it with cloth diapers. You need to use 2 towels, one to clean with and one for final polish or it will leave a little residue.
This saves me from washing the bike to maybe once a year.
