It's very easy check out my pics. Just follow the directions that come with it.
It plugs in behind the taillight. Install might take 30 min. Super easy.

You have a street glide so you should already have the tri-bar led. Are you talking about the upgrade kit that acts as run and brake light that's made for the S-Glides?

Your sig says you have a SG paint set; but, do you have a Street Glide with the U-shaped rear fender trim (with the filler strips between the saddelbags and the lower portion for the tri-bar LED) since your explanation was murky???

In any event, the tri-bar/LED fender extension that HD offers in the P&A catalog is available only in chrome (though some here on HDF have painted them); requires holes in the fender to mount (uses the fender tip light holes on an EG); and uses the upper left chamber in the circuit board behind the tail light lens for power/ground. If you have an SG, that upper left chamber is used by the wiring for the license plate LED's.

Suggestion: Provide your bike information when you post a "will this work" question.

Street Glide fascia ("ground effects") in vivid black is HD part no. 59379-06DH; list price: $99.

For other parts needed (such as tri-bar LED, support bracket, etc.), you can find part nos. in this thread:

https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...installed.html

Assuming you have a "plain" rear fender (i.e. no fender tip light), it's probably less expensive to install the SG facia with LED (like a stock Street Glide), than buy the tri-bar fender extension (chrome) and color-matched saddlebag filler strips.

Good luck with whatever you do.
