Default snap on lowers

I need some advice, I am looking for a set of the snap on or zip on lowers for my EGC. Who has had these and who seems to make the best product ? ? ?

In the winter I used the 60 dollar HD type. They were simple to install and looked good. I sold them for 45 bucks or 40 and now I am waiting to get hard lowers. They really do a wonderful job of blocking the wind and rain.

+1 on the Desert Dawgs, Had mine for 9 years, used them on my 97 RK and now on my 07 EGC. They are nice because you can keep them in your bag's on a trip and if it rains or gets to cold, they take about 2 min to put on. Made real well and do a good job of blocking the cold and the rain.

They seem to have gone up a bit in price since I got mine, but They last.

I use the HD ones with buckles. They are made of Cordura. They should last a lot longer than the vinyl ones. They go on in about 30 seconds and fit great.

I have the HD buckle ones too and I give them one thumb up. The only thing the soft ones don't do that the hard ones do is protect your knees and thighs from the cold and rain. But i like being able to take it off in a sec when it gets warm and dry out.

Interesting! Sure would be cheaper than putting hard lowers on.
