I swapped out the headlight bulb for a Silverstar H4 and while putting it back together It occurred to me that maybe no windshield would be interesting to try.
Anyone ever seen it on the road? Any pics out there? Any opinion?
Same thing with the stock 4". But no shield? Would the air start to drop back down? How about some type of air deflector? I know on the backs of vans and SUVs that have a vertical back window there are air spoilers at the top edge to drive the air down quickly. Interesting..

I think its cool how different types of shields kind of personalize the SG. I think you'd need to have some degree of "finishing" for the top - perhaps a trim piece or some kind of form or even a 2 or 3 inch trimmed down shield.

I knew there was something wrong with you SG lovers!
NO Windshield? Man, the sole and only purpose of that fairing IS TO HOLD A WINDSHIELD.
I bet you thought it was to have a place for your radio and speakers.
