Its a Motherwell rack. You can get them directly from them online and some other outlets sell them as well.

i just picked up a rack from http://www.cruisercustomizing.com for my wife's bike. paid 66.75 including shipping, while msrp is over $84.00
mwl-421 specifically for the corbin seat. looked other places, but this was the cheapest i could get that actually had it in stock and since we have a road trip coming up quick i didn't want to wait.

to the op, sorry about the thread hijack there. your paint looks great. i've always been a fan of black/blue color combo.
